AJS Home Realty, LLC was created to help reduce the pressure homeowners, families, and real estate professionals often feel when preparing a property for sale, closing, move-in, or move-out. Having outside help can make a meaningful difference when there is a deadline, a long task list, or too many moving parts to manage alone. Our goal is to provide steady, reliable support during real estate and life transitions so clients can move forward with a clear plan and less stress.

The inspiration for AJS Home Realty, LLC began as Amy traveled around the country during the first few months of 2022 to see family, friends and to visit new places.  But she didn’t just travel the roads, she also completed her studies for a New Hampshire real estate license.  Upon her return home, she took both the national and state licensing exams and passed both on the first attempt!  After a celebratory dinner, Amy took her next leap of faith and decided it was time to list her own home for sale.  Putting her new license to work, two weeks later she had staged her home, listed it on MLS and had over 55 showings in four days. In no time at all the house was under contract with an offer well over asking price.  Meeting so many buyers and real estate agents was a great experience.  The whole process made Amy come alive and it confirmed for her, she was on the right path.  Once she closed on her house, she reflected back on what could have been done differently to make the process smoother.  She realized she had been the biggest obstacle. 

When it came to making decisions on what to keep, donate, sell, and dump, Amy was in her own way.  Finding the time and resources to get projects done and on time was challenging - especially when she would rather be spending time with family and friends.  This challenge sparked an idea!  She felt sure others must have similar challenges too.  She knew she could draw on her 15 years of experience from owning AJS Home Solutions which she started in her pre-corporate life. This was the right direction!   So, after a decade in the corporate world, Amy realized she needed to get back to owning and operating her own business.
