The inspiration for AJS Home Realty, LLC began in early 2022, when Amy J. Simoneau spent several months traveling throughout the country to visit family, reconnect with friends, and explore new places. During that time, she was also studying for her New Hampshire real estate license. When she returned home, she took both the national and state licensing exams and passed both on the first attempt.

Soon after, Amy made another big decision. She listed her own home for sale.

Within two weeks, she staged the property, listed it on MLS, and welcomed more than 55 showings in just four days. The home quickly went under contract with an offer well over asking price. Meeting buyers, connecting with real estate agents, and managing the process confirmed something important for Amy: she was on the right path.

After closing, Amy looked back on the experience and asked herself what could have gone smoother. The answer was honest and clear. She had been her own biggest obstacle.

Deciding what to keep, donate, sell, or throw away was harder than expected. Finding the time, resources, vendors, and energy to complete projects on deadline was challenging. Like many homeowners, Amy was trying to manage a major property transition while still balancing life, family, and everything else that needed her attention.

That experience sparked the idea for AJS Home Realty.

Amy realized that other homeowners, families, and real estate agents were likely facing the same pressure. She also knew she could draw from her 15 years of experience owning AJS Home Solutions, a business she built before entering the corporate world. After more than a decade in corporate sales, project management, and customer relations, Amy knew it was time to return to business ownership with a renewed purpose.

AJS Home Realty, LLC was created to help reduce the stress that comes with preparing a home for sale, downsizing, relocating, managing a cleanout, or coordinating the many details of a property transition.

The goal is simple: help homeowners and families create a plan, get organized, connect with the right resources, and keep projects moving toward the deadline.
