If a Realtor has an agency agreement with a buyer or seller, AJS Home Realty will not interfere, solicit the client, give real estate advice outside its role, or step into that relationship.

The role is simple: support the property, protect the process, and help keep things moving toward the deadline. A non-interference agreement is available upon request.

AJS Home Realty provides property transition solutions for buyers, sellers, homeowners, Realtors, landlords, and families in transition. 

Services may include light clean-outs, organizing final property details, vendor coordination, move-in preparation, and final move-ready touch-ups. Cleaning is treated as the polish. It is the finishing step that helps the home feel ready, not a stand-alone cleaning service.
